By creating an account or using PKLVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PKLVault. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use does not violate any applicable law.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• One person or entity per account; do not share credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or repackage the Service without our written consent.
• Misrepresent ownership of cards listed in your public shop.

You retain ownership of all inventory data, photos, and notes you add to PKLVault ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including hosting public shop pages and shareable links you create.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the accuracy of any listings you publish.

PKLVault is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any card manufacturer, publisher, or marketplace. Card names, set names, and images may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Price, value, and market data shown in PKLVault is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You should not rely on it as financial advice or as a guarantee of resale value.

PKLVault helps you track sales and trades, but we are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer, seller, or trade partner. All transactions, payments, shipping, taxes, and disputes are solely between the parties involved.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be preserved without loss. Keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PKLVault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
