How does the AI card scan work?

Open the Scan tab, take a clear photo of your card, and our AI will identify the name, number, set, and game. It then queries the Pokémon TCG API to pull official metadata, images, and current market pricing. Make sure the card is well-lit and in frame for best results.

Is PKLVault free to use?

Yes. PKLVault is free to start. You get full access to inventory management, sales tracking, trades, and finance tools. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core platform will always have a generous free tier.

Can I export my inventory?

Absolutely. Your data is yours. You can export your full inventory, sales history, and trade records at any time from the Settings page. We support CSV export for easy import into spreadsheets or other tools.

How accurate is the pricing data?

Pricing is pulled from the Pokémon TCG API, which aggregates market data from TCGplayer and Cardmarket. Prices are for reference only and may be delayed. We recommend verifying high-value transactions against current marketplace listings.

Currently we fully support Pokémon TCG with deep integration including set data, rarity, HP, types, and market pricing. Our AI scan also recognizes Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and sports cards — with full game support rolling out soon.

Is my inventory data private?

Yes. Your inventory is private by default. Only items you explicitly mark as public in your shop are visible to others. We never share, sell, or use your collection data for any purpose other than operating the service.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Account and select 'Delete account'. This will permanently remove your inventory, photos, sales history, and personal data within 30 days. If you change your mind, contact support before the deletion is finalized.
